Backpack Sprayer Loan Agreement

By submitting this request, you agree to the following:

1. Proper Use: The sprayer will be used only for treatment of noxious weeds on the property identified in this request.

2. Chemical Safety: You will read and follow all label instructions for any herbicide used. You accept responsibility for proper and lawful use of any chemicals.

3. Return Condition: The sprayer must be returned clean, fully emptied, and in the same working condition it was received. Any damage during your use is your responsibility.

4. Return Deadline: The sprayer must be returned by the date agreed upon at pickup. Failure to return may result in being ineligible for future loans.

5. Liability: Bingham County Weed Department and LandAlytics LLC are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of this equipment or chemicals.

6. Data Use: Location and weed data collected through this program may be used anonymously for program reporting and noxious weed mapping.
